Hudson River Plane Landing Audio Tapes
On January 13th a US Airways passenger plane had to make an emergency crash landing in New York City's Hudson River. The plane developed engine problems after striking a flock of birds that eventually got sucked into its engines. The tapes of the miraculous landing are now being released. On the tapes the captain reports “hitting a flock of birds” and reports losing thrust in both engines.
When asked by the Air Traffic Controller if he could land in a nearby airport strip the captain could also be clearly heard responding “we may end up in the Hudson.”

The captain flying the plane is my hero
Year, it sometimes happen! It is a pity that in the 21st century birds can cause the crash. I've watched the film At the edge where it was an excident like it. I advise you to watch it if you haven't. I believe you can find it at the files search engine http://rapid4me.com . This film is also nice for the reason that it tells how to survive. But about the bird thing, I wonder, why can't the producers do anything with it. i believe there must be some way out.
